The Multiple Listing Service predetermines a day and time to have Real Estate Agents view your home. In some areas Real Estate Agents do not show up for these tours. In other area they do. We are unable to determine whether or not a Broker’s Tour in your area will be effective.
However, we do offer the option if you would like to try it. Once your home is listed, you are able to request a Broker’s Tour by clicking on the Support tab on our website and selecting Broker’s Tour. We will confirm via email that your broker's tour has been posted.
